Compare 5s ("the site," "we," "us") is a free tool for comparing NBA teams' starting lineups. This page explains what data, if any, the site collects.
We don't collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms on this site. We don't know who you are, and we don't want to.
Your team selections and matchup calls are saved in your browser's local storage so they're still there next time you visit. This data lives only on your own device — it's never sent to us or to any server, and we have no way to see it.
Compare 5s does not currently use cookies or any analytics/tracking technology.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which may log standard technical information (like your IP address) under Google's own privacy policy. We don't control or receive that data.
If we add advertising, analytics, or other services that collect data or use cookies in the future, this page will be updated to reflect that before those changes take effect.
